What we collect
We only collect personal information when you choose to submit it through our contact form (Talk to an Expert, and its shorter embedded versions): your name (where asked), phone number, city (where asked), and the reason you're getting in touch. We don't run advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
Analytics and monitoring
We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymized page-view and performance data — which pages and calculators are actually used. We've also built in (but not yet turned on) PostHog and Sentry for further product analytics and error monitoring; this section will be updated again once those go live. None of these are advertising or cross-site trackers, and we don't use them to sell data to advertisers.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to contact you about your query, and to share it with the partner jewellers, gold-loan providers, or other partners relevant to what you asked about, so they can follow up directly. We don't sell your information to unrelated third parties.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, you can ask to access, correct, or have your data erased, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, reach us through the same contact form and mention your request.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes — for example, if we add analytics or advertising — we'll update this page and the date above.
